The process
The process initiates when a representative from your organization contacts a StarfX team member.

Company Preferences
A company representative specifies the type of employee required, including the duration and timing of the employment. Qualification criteria and other job-related aspects, such as working hours and location, are also determined.

Agreement
Upon review and acceptance of the offer, we proceed to identify the suitable employee. -
Timeline
Our objective is to complete the process from company approval to the employee's commencement of work within three weeks.

Commencement of Search
In most cases, when additional manpower is requested, we provide multiple candidate options for our clients to select from.

Resumes
Thorough preparation and research are crucial. We seek individuals with both expertise and experience in their respective fields. Securing a capable workforce benefits all parties involved in this process.

Interviews
We assess candidates' communication skills, expertise, experience, circumstances, and other factors crucial for successful recruitment. Naturally, the company representative has the opportunity to meet with the prospective employee before a final decision is made. -
Employment
If the company is satisfied, an employment contract is executed, and the employee's start date is arranged. A StarfX representative will manage all necessary paperwork.

Icelandic Social Security Number and Insurance
As soon as the recruitment has been completed, we apply for an Icelandic social security number for the prospective employee and insure the person both at his new home and at the workplace.

Travel, Accommodation, Transportation, and Attire
An agent at StarfX will assist the new employee with booking and covering costs related to flights, if necessary. Additionally, StarfX will provide housing, a vehicle, and work attire if required.

Work Permit
We register the employee with the Labor Office and submit the employment contract

Employee Commencement
Once all arrangements are finalized, the employee begins work.

Insurance and Illness
If an employee does not meet the employer's expectations, the company assumes responsibility for sourcing a new employee. The employer is not liable for costs associated with a sick employee. StarfX will provide a replacement if desired.
